Fall traditions

Our fall weather has been great! Warm just like summer days! Although you never know if you should bring along a sweater or not!
Every year we have the same fall traditions we love to do. I haven’t blogged in a while so get ready for tons of pictures below!

The first weekend of Fall we went apple picking! We picked 2 bags full of apples and bought some yummy apple pies at their bakery. The kids also loved their honey stix and candy apples!

Candy apple deliciousness!
I haven’t blogged in a while! So I didn’t do a thanksgiving post!
We did our tradition of making Our own turkey. The whole family helps and we have so much fun cooking and baking all day! Oh and eating all day!

This bird was delish!

We also went up north for a trail/ beach walk that weekend. It was soo peaceful.

This October marked the 15 year anniversary since my dad passed away.

Over the years we try and get together with family on the day or weekend of my dads anniversary. The togetherness is something my dad would totally love to see. He loved when the family was together.
So this weekend we went to the pumpkin patch then headed over to my moms house...

We got a family pic! My mom loved this!
After the pumpkin patch we all drove to the cemetery. We each placed a yellow rose. The children loved taking part in something so special.

We then went back to my moms for a yummy dinner with the whole family. It was a perfect day with family in honor of our dad.
The whole weekend was sunny and warm. We headed out to another trail walk today. Soaking up this sun as much as we can!

Of course baby bro is pushing the cart with big bro. Ha! Baby M’s new words “see that” and on repeat!
More fall to come! Little k’s 6th birthday is next week! And Halloween too!
Oh and umm 9  more Monday’s till Christmas!!! Ha!

Some things I never want to forget

When I see my kids growing and learning at a pace that I can barely keep up with, I stop and think... I never want to forget all of this at every stage!

I never want to forget how baby M says “again” more like “agai-en” when he does something naughty but loves the approval from big brother so he will laugh and say again and on repeat!

I love that when we read our books every night before bedtime baby M picks the same paw patrol book. I read the colors in English and French haha and for dogs we have to say “Dhaghoo”

I love that both kids sing along with me to the songs I made up when I sing them to sleep. (I love my babies, I love them soo much) but first We sing baa baa black sheep of course.
I love hearing both of them sing. It’s the sweetest sound.
Baby M is talking so much these days and asking for things like, visiting nonnas. He asked a couple of times today. “ i go nonnas House”
Little K loves to laugh and will bug his little brother just to get a good laugh. But they love each other so much and have so much fun together.

The days seem like they are flying by!
How is little K already turning 6 at the end of the month :)!

We are having a Ninja birthday! With s daft punk cake? Ha! I’m in the process of convincing him to get a ninja cake!
Thanksgiving is this weekend! We have a big bird to bake! So grateful and thankful for every single person in my life.
Tonight we had meet the teacher corn roast and little K’s school.
Little K took us around his class and showed us all the learning that goes on everyday haha.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends!
