Snow dayz

Whoa! It’s like non-stop snowing here!

It’s beautiful but we are getting totally getting tired of it!

This weekend we had little K’s karate belt grad. He is loving karate class. We were so impressed watching him show off his moves on Saturday.

We celebrated over brunch!

Then we went to get haircuts! The boys needed it!

Valentine’s Day is coming up! We will be making cupcakes and writing out our VdAy cards, although I was hesitant at first. Do grade ones still do that!? Or do they do that every year. Meh no clue.

What have we been up to!?

Oh just a little restaurant hopping.

Little K loves chicken wings! Who knew! Hahaha finally a restaurant he enjoyed that wasn’t sushi!

Little K is also enjoying his swimming lessons. Baby M loves to watch.

I’ve been following the 21 day fix. Although during the week it goes well but weekends go out the window.

Because we love going out for breakfast for one, and our weekends are usually out and about we end up at a restaurant.

The pic above we went to get some donuts and sang happy birthday to my dad in heaven. ❤️

We had the family over for Super Bowl. I made a yummy menu and we watched the game and the kids had a blast playing together.

How cute are they.

I hope they have a close relationship as I do with my cousins. We still try to meet up once in a while to catch up over breakfast of course! Ha! I do love breakfast food. Sigh.

Tomorrow we are back on track with the 21 day fix!!!

Great Wolf Lodge!

Another great time at great wolf lodge!
We spent last weekend at great wolf lodge. This time of year it was all decorated christmassy and the kids loved it.

My boys definitely loved the swimming and arcades the best.
This year my sister’s fam joined us!

We arrived at around 12pm and stayed in the water park till about 5pm.  We got the food package which is totally worth it. We had lunch in the water park then the buffet dinner, and bufffer breakfast. More than enough food! The only extra we bought was coffee and beer!
There’s sooo much to do here, the kids are always entertained! It’s non stop fun!

Last year we got one paw pass, this year we got it again. So the kids would have one stuffy each and one wand each.

The morning before we left, we enjoyed playing magiquest and bowling!

The kids had a wonderful time and they didn’t want to leave! It was the perfect kickoff to Christmas!
Christmas is a week away!!!

Some things I never want to forget

When I see my kids growing and learning at a pace that I can barely keep up with, I stop and think... I never want to forget all of this at every stage!

I never want to forget how baby M says “again” more like “agai-en” when he does something naughty but loves the approval from big brother so he will laugh and say again and on repeat!

I love that when we read our books every night before bedtime baby M picks the same paw patrol book. I read the colors in English and French haha and for dogs we have to say “Dhaghoo”

I love that both kids sing along with me to the songs I made up when I sing them to sleep. (I love my babies, I love them soo much) but first We sing baa baa black sheep of course.
I love hearing both of them sing. It’s the sweetest sound.
Baby M is talking so much these days and asking for things like, visiting nonnas. He asked a couple of times today. “ i go nonnas House”
Little K loves to laugh and will bug his little brother just to get a good laugh. But they love each other so much and have so much fun together.

The days seem like they are flying by!
How is little K already turning 6 at the end of the month :)!

We are having a Ninja birthday! With s daft punk cake? Ha! I’m in the process of convincing him to get a ninja cake!
Thanksgiving is this weekend! We have a big bird to bake! So grateful and thankful for every single person in my life.
Tonight we had meet the teacher corn roast and little K’s school.
Little K took us around his class and showed us all the learning that goes on everyday haha.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends!

End of summer camping!

This was our second annual camping trip with the kids.

We picked a different camp site than last year. This place was an hour and a half away. The car was stuffed with our gear haha!

As soon as we arrived we set up camp!

I think roasting marshmallows was the kids favorite thing to do. They loved the hammock too!

The first day was warm and sunny. So we went to the beach! A short drive from the camp site. The sand was fluffy and the water so clear. The view amazing.

It was so relaxing and the weather was perfect.

That same night after we went to sleep all cozy in our tent. It rained all night. Which made for a chilly second day.

Which was ok for this park because there were so many trails for exploring.

We dressed warm and went for a nice trail walk.

The kids were so cute walking with their sticks. Their eyes were wide and they were excited walking in nature and learning new things. I learned new things too ha!

We had fun climbing rocks, and throwing pebbles and making wishes.

The boys loved this!

Camping with a toddler wasn't the easier thing. Mr in and out of everthinh kept us on our toes.

Little K loved helping make the BBQ.

We had a fun, cozy, family time weekend with so much snuggling,

The last night both kids fell asleep in each of our arms as we sat by the fire. It was so peaceful. Holding the boys so cold as these years go by quick! Mr K begins grade 1 tomorrow!! Baby M is talking so much and wants to be Mr independent. We cherish these times so much!

Summer 17!
