November fun!

This past weekend we went to a Raptors basketball game!

We decided to drive to the nearest station, park and take the subway downtown.
The kids loved it! Baby M kept saying it was “scary” and would force a smile haha. But he got comfortable pretty quick!

We walked through the Eaton center and all its decor! Christmas ready! With the tallest indoor Christmas tree!

The game was exciting and we won!

A perfect Sunday afternoon!

The Mr and I went out for a date night last week. To try a restaurant we haven’t tried before that had great reviews on Neapolitan pizza!

Ohh it was soo good! Drooling now just looking at those pics! This pizza is to be eaten with a fork and knife!
Guess who is back!

That’s right! Christmas treee is up and out Elf showed up with a few fingerlings haha. Little K has been waiting all year for him to arrive.

We had a fun Saturday afternoon putting up the tree and making a big Lasagna lunch! Yum! We are counting down the Mondays! 5 more Monday’s till Christmas’s!!!!

Halloween

Halloween 2017
Haha no cool contour for me ha!
After a full day at daycare, baby M’s costume was sooo dirty! So we made him “eleven” from stranger things haha

Mr M was kylo rem.
Baby M was the cutest astronaut.
Hand me down from Mr K

Mr K was a Ninja of course!!

We had a fun evening trick or treating with cousins.
Friday night we went to get some dwarf  frogs and fish that little K has been asking for.

The boys love watching their new pets.
Saturday we had Mr K’s favorite dinner. Sushi! All you can eat sushi! We all rolled out of there.

We then went to visit the newest little addition to our family!!!!! Our new baby cousin. He is just the cutest little guy!

And just like that the weekend was over. October is over and we are right into November and getting Christmas ready!
This weekend was Day light savings too.. should I feel like I gained an hour? Because it doesn’t feel like it. It was a tough Monday morning getting out into the cold morning. But these cuties were ready!

Have a great week friends.

Birthday fun!

MrK turned 6!

The great thing about having your birthday close to Halloween is that all the party stores are open till midnight! So I went the night before after the kids were asleep to  get birthday balloon to be a surprise in the morning!

I love putting together the year pics of the kids growing up. I can’t believe this little boy is already 6! I know I say that every year. The years do go by fast it seems!
He was sooo excited to have a Ninja warrior party!
What are you into these days MrK? Yup ninjas, ninjago, Pretty much every kind of toy, but definitely things like putty and slime! You love telling stories and listening to stories. Especially scary stories. You love learning about the solar system and you are always asking questions about the world and everything in it! You are growing up so fast and maturing too. You love to help and be part of every conversation. Asking questions and gathering information haha You remember EVERYTHING! You bring up memories that even I have to think twice to remember. You are loving grade 1 and adjusted so well. You still love sushi! It’s still your number 1 restaurant choice. Followed by steak and your veggies. You love your broccoli and buluesberries. You always want us to buy and try new meats or fish you see at the butcher. Mommy isn’t ready to cook those things haha.

How cool was your party! Your friends and cousins had a blast!

Haha little brother was trying to do flips!

Mmm and your cake was sooo yummy!! Chocolate and vanilla goodness!

Happy birthday Mr K!!!

Fall traditions

Our fall weather has been great! Warm just like summer days! Although you never know if you should bring along a sweater or not!
Every year we have the same fall traditions we love to do. I haven’t blogged in a while so get ready for tons of pictures below!

The first weekend of Fall we went apple picking! We picked 2 bags full of apples and bought some yummy apple pies at their bakery. The kids also loved their honey stix and candy apples!

Candy apple deliciousness!
I haven’t blogged in a while! So I didn’t do a thanksgiving post!
We did our tradition of making Our own turkey. The whole family helps and we have so much fun cooking and baking all day! Oh and eating all day!

This bird was delish!

We also went up north for a trail/ beach walk that weekend. It was soo peaceful.

This October marked the 15 year anniversary since my dad passed away.

Over the years we try and get together with family on the day or weekend of my dads anniversary. The togetherness is something my dad would totally love to see. He loved when the family was together.
So this weekend we went to the pumpkin patch then headed over to my moms house...

We got a family pic! My mom loved this!
After the pumpkin patch we all drove to the cemetery. We each placed a yellow rose. The children loved taking part in something so special.

We then went back to my moms for a yummy dinner with the whole family. It was a perfect day with family in honor of our dad.
The whole weekend was sunny and warm. We headed out to another trail walk today. Soaking up this sun as much as we can!

Of course baby bro is pushing the cart with big bro. Ha! Baby M’s new words “see that” and on repeat!
More fall to come! Little k’s 6th birthday is next week! And Halloween too!
Oh and umm 9  more Monday’s till Christmas!!! Ha!
