Eating every 3 hours...

As soon as I came home after work I popped this whole meal in the oven for 35 mins while I did a workout in the basement. Baked chicken (with Jerk seasoning from Jamaica! Asparagus with a touch of salt, yukon potatoes and salad) Yum!

Although weight loss is high on my list to do's ahah!... So is my health. I'm learning a lot about my body and about the nutrients it needs also learning that limited food brings out the worst in me ahaha! My new focus is to ensure I'm eating enough, every 3 hours mainly and focusing on my workouts as well. Summer is here and there are more events to attend. So I will stick to the minimum 3 days a week working out and only add more workouts if I have the time. Oh and wear my easy tones as much as I can!

My job get's busy on some days but I'm going to really try and stick to eating every 3 hours. 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm (on way home from work small snack) 6pm dinner and 8pm(if I need to ha!)

While grocery shopping this weekend I decided to go higher %in the dark chocolate. I usually get 70%. Not a good idea. YUK! Talk about bitter and the feeling of crumbling powder in my mouth.
Are you a Dark chocolate lover? What percentage do you love? I need to keep it no higher than 70%! ahah!

  2. I have to eat about every three hours regularly, or I start to go a little insane.

    I love all chocolate, but I don't know what percentage I eat. I just picked up some infused with hot chili--yum.

  3. haha 86% must have been like tar! My dad loves that stuff! I like to keep it around 60-70- nothing beats dark chocolate, some good wine and a quiet evening with my boyfriend :-)

    Good ideas with your eating plan and listening to your body! I prefer breaking up my meals too because I don't really care for that over-full feeling after a larger meal and eating every couple of hours keeps me just right!

  4. i buy 73% dark chocolate at trader joes! it's SO good if you melt it and dip strawberries and banana slices in it!

  6. Dinner looks great. I have to eat often or I turn into a crazy redhead! I'm not kidding, if I go too long I'm not a happy camper. Great plan!
