Getting use to daycare here

It's Wednesday and baby has been going to daycare for over a week now!

He is still doing well! But over the last 2 days I noticed a little change. In the mornings when I drop him off he goes straight to his teachers no problem, but when placed with the other kids He cries! I think they scare him, they are all a little older and walking and Kris is still crawling and cruising. When I pick him up he is playing great with the kids so maybe in the mornings he needs some time to warm up to them. I get it, I'm tired and want to cry when people talk to me in the morning too before my coffee.

When I pick him up he is soo excited and cries when he sees me. As soon as I pick him up he waves and says bye to the kids haha! It's funny, I feel like he is saying "see ya later suckers!" haha and all the kids run up and want to be picked up too "take me, take me!"

Also with having baby in daycare I realize he needs even more clothes and accessories. Could also be because it's winter and he needs more hats, coats and gloves. But I find myself a little overwhelmed not knowing which jackets, hats are good enough. I even sowed on a pair of gloves on one of his jackets only to realize that he has other jackets he wears too. Ahhh I don't know what to do, maybe just buy a lot of gloves to sow on each haha ugh and labeling all the stuff I bring to daycare. Geez so much to do. We are still getting the hang of things. Next week it's back to work for me so it'll be a whole other ball game!
