Mother’s Day traditions

Our Mother’s Day tradition is going to watch a blue jays game! We have a whole day of fun family time. Taking the subway down to the Rogers center. Getting hotdogs and popcorn and enjoying the game!! And of course we stopped by the Recroom to play some video games!

A fun day with these boys is exactly how I love spending Mother’s Day. These kiddos just melt my heart!
Baby M was taking it all in and he really enjoying being out and about sight seeing. He’s fascinated with the subway and loved every minute of being downtown. He is growing up super fast and I just want to remember every moment!

Our big move is quickly approaching! Just a month away. More on that next time! Have a great week!

Mr K’s first tooth is out!

He did not want us to pull it out, he wanted to be incharge of that tooth.
He loosened it up really good but wasn’t ready to part with it yet.
On Saturday I asked if I could wiggle it. As I touched his tooth, he pushed it with his tongue and it just fell out!

So the tooth fairy came to visit Saturday night 😊 Ha!
Baby M had his first dentist appt too, he did great! He was so calm and didn’t even flinch!

Baby M is such a big boy now and I can hardly believe it.

He lovesss cars. He is shouting out Ferrari and BMW any chance he gets.
His little voice is adorable and he is always expressing his thoughts haha.

He loves to ask questions and then reply “Ohhhhhh” haha it’s the cutest!
My favorite word that he says right now is “there” he says it “Dayyy-errr”

He is an energy ball. This past weekend we had a friends birthday.
Watching my 2 boys play together in the playland just melted my heart.

Baby M following big brother all over the place. And keeping up noo problem!
He is super fast running and playing. He’s just soo cute!

These boys have sharp memories. Mr K brings up things from when he was a baby! Baby M entered the passcode to the daycare yesterday and allll of our jaws dropped!
These brothers are so opposite but sooo similar in many ways.

And the both keep me sooo busy! I wish I had more to blog! But I guess other quick posts on Instagram are just easier. But this is my blog since 2009! So I’ll keep it going! Even if I don’t get to post that often :)
We have big changes coming up in our family and we are soooo excited. So, More to come on that later!

Have a great week friends!

Carnival Magic Cruise pt 1

We went on our first cruise in Feb!
We flew to Orlando and spent a night there before making our way to the ship!

The boys had snacks and iPads and toys to keep them entertained on the flight.
We checked in our hotel and went straight to Cocoa Beach.

The day of our cruise we had breakfast and the local IHOP. Yummyyyy. And on our walk there, Cocoa beach firemen waved and then stopped to give the kids a gift! How nice!!

That afternoon we headed to the cruise! Check in was soo easy! Everything was smooth and that’s perfect when you are traveling with 2 Little’s.

The first thing we did was check out our room and the ship!
Awesome balcony, super comfy beds, and it was bigger than I expected.

Luggage’s fit easily under the beds too, so that saves a ton of space.

These are pics from our first day exploring the ship. Waving bye to Florida as we departed. There was mini golf and a kids camp too. Although  our kids lasted 20 mins there. It’s Just so much more fun being with mommy and daddy!
The dinners were delish! Mr K was feasting! Umm he was having salmon and lobster and steak dinners. The good news is that even tho you order entress at dinner, you can order as many as you like! So we would sometimes order one of each so we can see what was best! Yummy! The food on Carnival Magic was all around delicious.
Having a balcony was great too. Especially if the kids were napping or we were getting ready, it was nice to have the time on the balcony taking in the ocean breeze. Mr M was always up early so he loved the sunrise while sitting on the balcony.

Head over to my instagram @aka_mama_t for some mommy tips on traveling with kids!
I’ll blog Part 2 of the beautiful ports we stopped at, soon!

My big boys

We just came back from vacation, so I’ll need to do a long post on that! Our first cruise. This post I just wanted to write a little bit on my boys. With Mr K I was blogging every detail and milestone. But with 2 kids and a being a busy mom, I blog less and less. Which means less milestone updates on baby M!

So let’s talk a little bit about baby M
My energetic toddler! What are you up to.

You are 25lbs of cuteness. In size 6 diapers. Currently Potty training.
You are very independent. You know what you want. You ask for it and Will repeat it 1000x till you get it.

You love playing with your brother. He loves to teach you things, and Some not so good things so he can get a good laugh at you. This week big bro taught you to say “I hate school, it sucks” ha! That was on repeat all morning.

You love to scooter around the house. You loved swimming around on vacation, you practiced and practiced and by the end of the vacation you were jumping in the water and floating around without our help! (Floating on of course)

You currently love apples and raspberries.
Your favorite cartoon is paw patrol. And you love to dance to the video Animal dance moves I think it’s called that haha.

You are soooo affectionate. You are my cuddle bug! You give the best kisses!
You talk in full sentences and love to sing songs. It’s the cutest when you have s dong stuck in your head and we can hear you humming it. You are so aware of things and try to understand everything. You can retell a story with words and actions and it’s the cutest!
I often forget you are just 2!
You are silly and love to laugh. Lots of vacay pics of you below my baby boy!

You were so well behaved on our trip. The traveling, the eating at restaurants, the plane ride. You are such a big boy!

More blog posts to come about our first cruise and Mr K’s first wiggly tooth ha!
