My goals for the week will be very short and simple, heck, it's the holidays which means these next two weeks are not really going to be watched. The new year will bring the bigger and better more serious goals. :)
.... I just pasted my goals and realized that I do not think I will follow them... Cooking at home, not sure, as I need to be running around getting ready for Christmas... Working out in the basement...mmm again I'll be running around.
... ok only goal this week it to be aware of the foods I'm eating and trying not to over eat!

Good for you....I was sitting at Hooters this past weekend and thought I should absolutely start starving myself if I wanted to be a Hooters girl but I couldn't see myself doing that...so I guess I wont be a Hooters Gal anytime soon! Haha:)
