Fun fall days

No doubt we love fall. But this weekend was more like the beginning of winter. Ha! 

We decided to go to the pumpkin patch with family and friends. The kids had a blast of course! But burr it was cold! And it was snowing too! 

Baby M was bundled up in his stroller  and slept the whole time, smart kiddo. 

Sunday my husband, brother and brother inlaw went on a football day trip to buffalo so us ladies and kids spent the day in at my place.

We did some Halloween crafts too

Little K isn't into crafts as much as the girls are. But he did love painting the pumpkin and that morning before his cousins came over, I brought out a dino fossil kit he has from his last birthday! I found it in a bag when going through the closet! 

Well he thought this was the coolest thing ever and loved working on digging out the fossils!!

I wonder what little brother will be into as he gets older! 

 

I do love the newborn phase and  I know ill miss this time when it's passed but I can't wait for the next couple months when Baby M is more aware. Big brother is dying for his attention haha. 

They will have soo much fun together! 

Little k's birthday and Halloween in less than 2 weeks! Yay!! 

I have birthday loot bags for school all ready and loot bags for his upcoming party! 

For school I made these! 

24 of them! 

Ha! He asks daily if its his birthday yet!!!

2 months old

Tomorrow my baby is 2 months old! 2! 

Having 2 little's makes the days fly by! 

This cutie is growing perfectly. 

So what are you up to? 

You are my big boy! Already in 6 month clothing in some brands! You weigh 11lbs 8oz and in size 1 diapers. 

You are more aware these days, studying our faces. It's hard to get a smile out of you but you tease us. You'll be none stop smiling in no time, so we can wait. Haha

You are much more calmer and quieter so far than your big bro.

You were colic for a couple weeks but that was short lived. Whohoo. 

You are so sweet! 

Today we had your 2 month checkup. All is well and you got your first needles :(

Your big brother can't wait to play with you. He is always trying to get your attention. Always wants to include you in all that we are doing. 

We are all soo in love with you! 

Happy 2 month bday BabyM! 

Oh! And let's take note that today's Blue Jay's game was Epic! Our whole city was so excited and the Blue Jays played great! Jose Bautista hit a three-run

 homer! The whole game had everyone on their toes!

Thanksgiving long weekend!!

What a fun weekend! This time last year we moved out of our old house to stay at my moms place while our new house was being built! Fall in the city was so great last year. 

This fall has been beautiful so far! Many sunny colorful days! The house is always smelling like apple cinnamon goodness!

This weekend we went to make our own wine! Well not like making our own wine in our garage or anything. We have neighbors that are great at doing that, but we are doing it with a company that will do all the dirty work for us! Ha! 

We are making our own Pinot Noir.

Saturday we went to drop the yeast in our bucket of wine.

The whole process will take 4 weeks. 

Once done we will go back and bottle and label our own wine! 

That evening we ordered a lobster dinner from our favorite seafood restaurant! They delivered which was great! And they were fast too!

Lobster Bisque and garlic bread! 

We had a 2lbs and 2.5lbs lobsters! Seriously sooo good!!! 

Perfect for a Saturday night in! 

Sunday we had Thanksgiving lunch with the family.

Cousin Love! These kids are so much fun! 

It's not only Thanksgiving weekend. It's also blue jays weekend! Baseball!!

Our team won 2 games this weekend! Yay!

Fall. Fun. Family.

I finally completed a little fall decorating. 

I kept it simple. Just to add some fall color! 

Fall is the best. And with the cooler weather we have more time indoors in the evenings. Perfect for little k to familiarize himself with the piano! 

We had a fun weekend.

Saturday we had my cousins engagment party. 

Getting the 4 of us ready that night was a little hectic ha! Especially when we are trying to leave the house clean and in one piece haha. But we did it! 

The kids had a blast playing and dancing that evening.

Little k didn't want to leave. But with fussy little brother we had to leave a bit earlier than we normally would have.

Sunday morning we were up early so we decided to go for breakfast by the Lake. 

Beautiful fall weather so we had a morning stroll by the water.

Then As per little k's request we went to the amuesment park.

And they had a little treasure hunt and gave away treats! 

Haha a little gift from little k. 

Baby M got another gift this weekend too! A highchair! Yay! This chair reclines and turns into a swing too! 

Oh! And my Mr bought me a little gift today as well! Some teavana tea with a steeper. So cool! Peach strawberry jasmine green tea. Sooo good!

Some new things.

Little K got an early birthday gift! A piano! 

Every night before bed he plays with daddy. 

This week has been a little hectic here. 

Baby M has had some fussy nights. Very Colic :( let's hope this passes soon!

He's 7 weeks this weekend! 

Our days are pretty busy with 2 little ones. Little K loves school and makes lunch requests ha! I love hearing all about his day. Next week his daily food at school gets more interesting. With 2 hot lunches a week (pasta and pizza) chocolate milk given to him daily. And every Friday a frozen yogurt treat given at lunch. How cute! 

Speaking of treats, I made a new recipe I saw on The Chew. So easy and fast! 

Cut pie crust into squares. 

Brush with butter

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

Cut up apples to fill them

Sprinkle a little more sugar and cinnamon on top and fold over. Bake 10min at 400.

Yummy!!!!

Fall is here and I love fall! Getting back into sweater dresses, scarves and boots! 

I'm hoping to do a little fall decor for my porch this weekend!
