27 weeks!!!

How far along: 27 weeks! Where is the time going!!! This pregnancy is flying by!

Third trimester coming right up! 

Size of baby: a Cauliflower! 

Total weight gain: 20lbs! 

Little k came with me to my appointment and heard the baby's heart beat. He was impressed!! 

Movement: active baby! more than little k was. 11pm is his most active time of day ha!

Cravings: ohhhhh, ice cream, ice coffee are on the top of my list. Appetite is much bigger these days.

 

We are soooo excited to be a family of 4. Little K is soo excited for his little brother. We are talking about baby Michael all the time these days. Preparing Kristian for what is to come. He will be such a good big brother! He’s already telling us he will help with baby and play with baby and even buy the baby small toys hahhahaah. adorable!

Florida Family Vacation part2

Our vacation started early last Wednesday morning. We were out the door in time, well what we thought was in time ha! We Parked the car in parknfly and shuttled it to the airport. Whoa! Was it busy! And customs into the USA! Crazy line ups! Omg we ended up being the last people on the plane! Haha we even had to run for it! That was a first for us! But we made it and all was good! 

Little k was excited for the plane ride! And heading to the beach! 

We arrived and everything was smooth! The rental pickup was at the airport and then we made our way to the walmart that was 5 mins for our condo to pick up some snacks and breakfast food! 

We arrived at the condo and we loved it!! 

Little k was talking non stop about the airplane and the beach house as we called it! 

The first day we spent time on the beach then went out for a delicious dinner! 

Most mornings I made breakfast before we left to enjoy the day.

Then it was pool and beach time! 

Little guy was up every morning at 7am sharp and ready to hit the beach! Ha! 

Part 3 South beach and Palm beach sight seeing! Then our drive to Key West! So much fun! Missing it!!! 

Florida Family Vacation - Part1

5 days in Florida! But why have we not traveled here before!? I'll post in parts because there are some of my own travel tips and memories I really want to keep and come back to! That's what my blog is all about! 

When we first decided to book a trip we wanted to think of a trip that we can easily do with 2 kids and especially on the time off that's given to us when they are in school! Like March break! I've seen many blogger friends post about family vacations in Florida and I see why they love it now! 

First we thought of driving... But decided to fly instead, being 6.5 months preggo. Which was great because it was only a 3 hour flight. Next time we will try driving! 

We booked a condo through the site homeaway.com

Which is great!!! Some tips I want to remember. 

1. Ask and make sure the condo your booking is the same one in the picture

We had no issue here! It was exactly  what we saw on the site. Oh and go for Oceanview/beach front property! We loved the condo we picked! Easy access to the beach and they had a great pool too! 

2. Pay online through the homeaway site with credit card, they even have extra insurance coverage to add if needed. We added it just incase! Some owners ask for cheque in the mail or give you direct bank info to deposit into. I don't like the sending a cheque way, we tried it and felt unsafe so I cancelled that condo and went with one I could pay directly with online. 

3. Check reviews on the site, or even call the site and they can tell you some info too!

4. If you don't know the area, get the address of the place and Google map it! So you have an idea. 

We stayed in the Hollywood area and absolutely loved it!!! 

So many restaurants and shops near by. 

We also rented a car which was super convenient . Pick up and drop off at the airport! Extra charges included getting a car seat but needed of course!! 

More vacation posts to come! We had fun in the sun! Enjoying the ocean and pool! We went sightseeing! To Palm beach, South Beach and drove all the way to Key West! Little K had a blast! 

Mother's Day weekend!

We had a fun filled Mother's Day weekend! I couldn't have asked for anything better! 

Friday night we had an evening walk at the amusement park. 

Little k is always super excited for the weekends ha! He'll ask if he's going to school then gets soo happy when we say no, it's the weekend haha!! 

Saturday we had some errands to run and stopped by our favorite Apple farm for some Mother's Day treats! 

Running around had this one pooped in the afternoon! 

While he slept we decorated the bathroom with some new purchases from the morning! 

We got new bathroom mats and towels, new decor to complete the look! 

Huge huge difference it made!!

This mama is happy!!

Later that evening we decided to go out for dinner. We looked up a New Mexican restsurant in the city and went to enjoy a quiet dinner on a patio. 

The weather was perfect! 

Yummy! 

This morning for Mother's Day my boys surprised me with breakfast! I didn't even hear them get up! They let me sleep in and woke me up with breakfast ready for me! How sweet!!!!!!!! 

Love my little man soooooo much!

This afternoon we spent it at my grandparents. All the little kids lovee being with eachother. Cousin love!! 

We ended the day at home with evening Apple pie! And a relaxing evening in. My husband cleaned up and did laundry too! :) it was a perfect Mother's Day!!

Oh and we can't forget Sunday night homework. I love that my little man loves sitting in the office to do his homework. It's just the cutest!! 

Our trip is coming up! I need to get my pack on!!! Ha!

25 weeks

25 weeks!!!!

So far  I'm feeling great. Belly is growing, baby is kicking like crazy especially at 11pm daily!!! Ha!!

Baby is about 1.35lbs as per the app. We have a lot of growing to do!!! 

I'm getting close to my third trimester!! 

25 weeks preggo workoufits below! 

Maternity dress pants and blouse. Black and gold wedge, super comfy. 

Maternity tights and blouse, vince Camuto flats. 

Maternity Capri tights and maternity top, scarf with a belt seen on Pinterest, loving this look! Blue wedge shoe, fergalicious! 

The weather is getting great here so it's time to shop for a maternity summer wardrobe asap!!! 

And our family 2015 babymoon trip is coming up soon! Little k is so excited for the plane and the beach!!! 

This weekend it's Mother's Day! 

My little boy made me this adorable flower at school 

He was sooo excited to hand it to me when I picked him up!! Love my boys more than anything in this world!
