Little K's Birthday!

4 years old... 4.. I can't even believe it as I write it!

And you are still the same sweet, strong, funny little boy, just older!

From the day you were born your personality of being a strong willed little human was so apparent.
As everyday goes by, and every year that passes you grow into yourself and so many of your characteristics shine through!

You LOVE to make everyone laugh! You constantly say funny things or make funny faces or act silly to get us to laugh, your cousins LOVE You for that too!

You are a bright happy little boy. That brings smiles to everyone!

You will ask everyone if they are happy. If we say we are not happy for any reason, you will let us know to STOP THAT and tell us TO BE HAPPY! haha. How can we not be happy with your big energy around us!

Mommy and Daddy talk about you all the time! Sharing your funny stories or hilarious videos you make.

You are a smart driven 4 year old with big emotions. You know what you want and make decisions that are good for you. AT 4! some of us adults can't even do that haha! We will always be right here for you to guide you and help you grow into your best self.

I LOVE that you know what you want, even when we try to convince you into doing something WE want you to do. You will fight and fight until you get your way. I hope this very attitude stays with you forever... At 4 you live your authentic self! One example of that, is your hair. Mommy wants to cut your hair SHORT. You do not agree, you want your curls long and messy  as you tell us. haha! I styled your hair for your school pictures and by the time the picture were taken, your hair was "messy" as you like it. Which was perfect for your portrait because that is YOU AT 4! And the cutest!!

Even your teachers say that you are like a little man at school :)

This year you became a big brother And had no problem transitioning into that roll. You love your baby brother and can't wait for him to interact with you.  I am sure you will be the boss. sorry Michael haha. You love taking on that role with us and telling us what to do haha!

You follow rules, well the ones you want to follow. You will get very heated if something didn't happen the way it's suppose to be (your words). Or if you wore your indoor shoes outside. OH BOY we had a couple of those meltdowns. When I tried to calm you down and tell you that it was OK to wear the indoor  shoes outdoors, you looked at me with a very serious face and yelled, NO IT IS NOT OK!

You surprise us all the time! You are always listening! Even when we think you aren't. Your memory is sharp and you memorize things we didn't even know you were paying attention to.

You are a mini us, we see soo much of ourselves in you.

WE are sooo blessed to be your parents! We love you sooo much!

You say your prayers every night and pray for all your family and friends.
You learned to chew gum and you are obsessed with it haha.
You are still a very good eater. You love your fruits and veggies and these days eat every type of meat.You are still not that into milk or bread.
Your favorite fruits are still blueberries and avocados.

Fun October!

October will always be so much fun because it's little mans birthday! 

It's so close to Halloween so it's always a busy fun birthday week! 

This week is jammed packed with fun! 

I've also been a busy mama getting his birthday and Halloween fun all planned out. 

Before I talk about that.... Friday was pajama day at school! 

Serious cuteness! 

I dropped him off and school but with getting the kids packed up and then traffic I got him there 20mins late! 

Oops! 

After I dropped him off I picked up breakfast for myself so I could start my day quick! 

I put together all the loot bags for Halloween. 

I completed the School loots

No candy allowed at schools so a little pumpkin, sticker and light stick clappy hand was perfect. 

Then put together family and friends

 loots. Yummy! Little booklet, stickers and lots of candy and chocolate! 

Friday night we were so excited to watch our team play. It was a great game.. But  we lost :( so until next year! What a great season we had! 

This weekend was a Low key weekend. Finally! It was nice to have no schedule and no where to be. Just family time. 

We carved 1 out of 4 pumpkins. 

Let's just say it was the practice one. Haha

We baked our pumpkin seeds of course!

We love October! It's birthday week! 

Fun celebrations!

Today we celebrated mine and my moms birthdays!

This morning I woke up to whispers between my husband and little k. Then a loud shout ok! And little feet running through the hallway. To then opening my eyes to little k standing in front of me with a tiffany bag! Yay! They bought me a little bean necklace, for the little bean that's on his way! 

The Mr then headed to work and little k and I enjoyed a big breakfast! 

We hit the grocery store for cake and flowers for grandma! Haha that's my birthday for life. 

Little k loves the tiffany bag as much as I do. Haha. But for his cars. 

We also had a starbucks stop. Cake pop for the little, and I had the mango lemonade ice tea... Omg it's soooo good I wish I had one now! I'll be getting one tomorrow that's forsure! 

Tonight we got together with family for a Mexican birthday dinner! 

We are sooo full!!!! I can barely move right now! Ha!

Mmm I had carne Asada with refried beans and rice! So sooooooo good!!!

We had a lovely dinner together. As always!!! 

And the kids had a blast being together. They have so much fun and love for eachother it's so sweet to watch them play together. They enjoy eachother so much!!!! 

Oh and of course we had churros for dessert!!!!! Sooooo Delish!!!

Tomorrow I have my 39 week appt! Let's see what the doc says! Hurry baby M!!! Everyone can't wait to meet u!!!! :) 

Soo thankful and blessed for all the birthday love today. I truly have amazing friends and family! 

Easter long weekend!!!

Soooo much to blog about!!!!! I'll blog gender ultrasound tomorrow!!!

Today it's all about Easter fun! 

Well it started off a little rough with a sick house haha. Everyone but Zoe had a cold. So Friday we had a family fun day indoors! 

So much fun!!! 

Saturday was my nieces birthday party! My sister went all out decorating a despicable me birthday!!

Heheeee sooo adorable!!! 

The kids had a blast together! They love eachother soooo much!!!! 

Easter egg hunt! 

Adults had fun too! Smile!!! All love!! 

 

The kids were pooped after the party haha so were the mama's!!! 

Today was Easter lunch at my grandparents home. A home that has opened doors! Even our friends come by to say happy Easter to my grandparents. They have always shown true family values, and not by empty words but only by actions. A house full of people, husbands, wives, grandkids, girlfriends, boyfriends, friends. No judgments, no hate. Just pure love, unconditional, forgiveness always and seeing the bigger picture of a united front. Little K being around this positive environment and people with genuine open hearts is one of the best things we are giving our children. 

A perfect Easter Sunday!!! 

And of course the whole family goes all out for Easter for the kids!!!! It's all about the kids happiness!!

20 weeks and so sick with the flu

Boo! I have a bad cold which has me in slowwwwmo! 

20 weeks!

Gender ultrasound this weekend!!! Yay!!!

Gender reveal party to follow! My friends and family are super excited!! 

This past weekend it was just baby k and I. Dh went away for his best friends bachelor party. They had an awesome time and they all have awesome tans! Jealous!!!

But little k and I had some visitors. And he was such a good little helper, helping me around the house and taking care of baby too! He's going to be an amazing big brother!!!

Love my little boy!!! 

This weekend we have so much planned!  I have a bad cold :( so I hope I get over it soon!!! It's easter weekend! Lots of celebrations with family! 

Ohh and how can u forget!!! My nieces birthday!!!! 2 years old today!!
