Mother's Day part 2

The kids first baseball game!

My favorite sport is baseball and my husband's favorite sport is soccer! So we decided that every Mother's Day we will go have a full day event for baseball and Father's Day will be a soccer event.

The kids loved this experience. A nice walk downtown to the Skydome, I mean Rogers center. (It will always be the Skydome to me)

Hot dogs and popcorn! Yum!

Blue Jays lost :( but we had a great time!

I loved every second with my boys. Watching their little faces taking it all in.

After the game we went for dinner.

Sports food! Nomnomnom
And dessert with a blue Jays sprinkle donut!!

It was the perfect day!

Sunday little k went with my husband to pick me out some flowers. How cute! He was so excited when he walked in and gave them to me.

We then spent the afternoon at my grandmothers house to celebrate.

Always a great time with family.

Love my littles more than anything! I'm so proud to be their mommy!

We had a great Mother's Day weekend.

Some new things!

Kristian is learning so much everyday. I get so excited when he does something new and make him do it over and over haha. I love when I say "clap your hands" he claps, when I say "splash" when he is taking a bath he splashes like crazy. When I say "kiss kiss kiss" he gives me kisses.

I love watching him play with his toys and copy what I show him to do.

He is growing up sooo fast! Love my little boy soo much!

Less than 2 months and I'm going back to work ;( I have so much to do before then, it's totally stressing me out. That's another post on it's own.

My birthday was on Sunday, we had a small bbq and Kristian helped me blow out my candle ;) when midnight hit I was nursing Kristian, perfect start to my new year.

Homemade baby food, parsnips

Yesterday was my making baby food day. Although my freezer is pretty stocked up, I usually make pears and apples weekly since they are a favorite with baby K.

Yesterday I made a new veggie, parsnips. I peeled and chopped them up. Steamed for 15 minutes and then blended adding water to make it to the smoothness I wanted. We will try it out today!

So far peaches were a little to sour and baby was not a fan. Last week I made peas a little more chunky and baby K made hilarious faces every he swallowed haha!

Almost Wordless Wednesday Soccer pics

Yesterday was baby K's first sports event out! Watching Soccer at the BMO field in Toronto with our family. Canada vs Honduras! We were cheering for both! Haha!

He was soo good and was taking in all the new sights and sounds. He had so much fun.
