New week with healthy choices

This weekend was the first weekend in a long long time that we did not go out to eat! I made all meals at home and 1 night we went to a friends house for her delicious home cooked meal.

My sister is making holiday cookies and selling them and giving 10% of sales to charity. She brought some of them for us to try on the weekend. MM they were so yummy. She's making Italian Amaretti cookies. Look how cute they are. ;) I I just had 2 but oh could of had many more!


I got some suggestions for BF and Lunch ideas but still can't really see my BF without a carb. So for now I'm going to continue with a English muffin and Jam 150 cals and a medium coffee 75 cals.

This weeks goals.

1. NO FAST FOOD!!!
2. Limit Coffee and added sugars and creams in them!
3.Healthy home cooking 5 days a week or more!. :)
4. Limit sweets
5. 2 days a week Jogging
6. 2 days 10000 steps on pedometer
7. Count Calories

Crossing my fingers for some weight loss! :)

  1. Congrats on not eating out this weekend! We usually never do but yesterday we ate all our meals out, yuck! (but easy).

    Goodluck this week with your goals, I'm also trying to cut back on the coffee front.
