Just a little this and that

These boys are feeling soo much better than last week! Last week was rough! They both got a nasty virus that had them soo sick for days!

But we are all over it! 

One doctor told us to try Elderberry syrup. So that's our new go to syrup when we catch a cold. 

The boys had sprint day at school. Little K wore Blue Jays and baby M worse pj's 

Baby M is growing up so fast! Second children waste no time huh! 

He learns so fast and copies big bro, he wants to be just like him. 

He runs to the piano as soon as he sees his brother going to practice. We know he will love piano lessons when it's his turn. Little K is doing really well with his lessons as well. Next week he needs to perform a song for us :) can't wait! 

Baby M has the cutest little personality. He's happy and active and strong willed. He knows how to use the word NO perfectly and it always makes us laugh. 

He wants to do everything on his own! 

He is telling us that he wants to potty train. He goes into the washroom, pretends to use the toilet, flushes the toilet, washes his hands and turns off the light. Many times a day! Ha! 

He is the youngest at daycare and he walks in like he owns the place. 

He follows the routine to a teee! 

Walking in, getting his shoes, feeding the fish. His teachers say that he's the naptme leader, pressing the play button to play lullabys for nap time then he runs over to his cot to sleep. 

When I pick him up, he runs soo fast right in my arms with the biggest smile! That always makes my day. Then he runs over to change his shoes and gets his coat. He even places his shoes exactly where they need to be.

Who is this baby! 

They grow up fast! I don't want to forget a thing!!

My 1 year old!

My little cutie turned 1 this week! 

Baby M! How did 1 year fly by!!! 

You are in a hurry to grow up! You are always following big brother, And he's your biggest fan, always making sure you are ok! 

Your personality is the cutest! You are quiet and very observant but you don't hold back when you want something, you will scream for it! You already figured out that these iPhones are something of importance ha! You go around collecting everyone's phones and you'll make a run for it with them. 

Last weekend we celebrated you and all your cuteness! 

We had a fun weekend of celebrating both mine and baby m's birthday! Oh and nonna's birthday too because my mom and I share the same birthday! Baby M's just a few days after ours! 

Friday we had his party! 

With a family full of kids, a play land was perfect for these kiddies to play together.

His adorable dairy free cake! This cake was delicious! 

We have amazing friends and family that shared this special day with us!

Happy Daddy's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! This weekend we celebrated my husband! Both kids Adore their daddy!

So we all joined in the fun weekend of what daddy loves! Which is soccer ha! We watched a lot of soccer, played soccer in the backyard. Went to watch a soccer game and watched daddy play soccer with his team. 

First thing Saturday morning Zoe had a grooming appt ha! So we asked little k what he would like to do. He was talking about sushi for days and also asking us to buy honey.  He loves the natural raw honey. So we did both those things. 

Then we got ready to head downtown for the soccer game ! 

I carried baby M in the Bjorne and let me tell you, my legs are so sore from all the walking we did! 

We played some games. Ha! Daddy got dragged in to play with the kids. 

Moment of silence for Orlando <3

This little had candy, popcorn, peanuts and icecream. Soo good! Ha! 

The kids had a blast! It was such a fun event. 

This morning we were up early and went to watch daddy play soccer! 

It was a hot day today! 

We then headed up north for a nice drive 

Happy daddy's day to my loving husband. We love you Sooo much! 

Oh! How can I forget! I had little k answer these questions. Boy did we have a laugh! 

Burr it's cold outside!

Ok we can't really complain that much. We've had a pretty mild winter, but burrrrr today it's freezing!!! 

Mardi Gras carnival event at school this week. Did you have these events at school when you were young? I remember begging my mom for money for a croissant and hot chocolate ha! Playing fun games in the school yard too. It was fun, little k will enjoy it too!

Tomorrow he will bring some Valentine's Day treats to school! We put them together yesterday. 

Some pinterest ideas for the teachers too. Gift card for coffee/donut.

I wrote in the card: 

Donut I'd do without a teacher like you! 

Ha cute huh. 

Baby M has his first ear infection. :( 

We are all too familar with these! Little k had bad ear infections his first 3 years and since the tubes were placed in his ears he hasn't had one since!

I hope baby M doesn't get these often, they are Soo painful. Especially when the  pressure causes a hole in the eardrum for release :( we are on antibiotics for 10 days. 

Sunday he will be 6 months! Second child just rushes through all stages Huh! He's already trying to lift to sitting position and he can almost crawl too! 

He is such a sweet baby with a happy calm personality! 

Ha! New sunglasses for our upcoming trip.

This weekend is also family day long weekend! 

We have some family fun planned!

Oh! Just noticed I didn't blog about super bowl sunday! Did you have a party for the game? We do every year. Just a small get together to watch and enjoy some yummy food!

This year I made ribs and chilli dogs! My sister made the pizza. Mm mm! They were a big hit for a fun evening!
