Thanksgiving long weekend!

The weather was perfect this weekend. We had a couple of fun events and ended our weekend with a yummy turkey made by moi!

Little K was so excited for the weekend!

The Mr picked him up early on Friday, and that was a perfect start to the long weekend!

First thing Saturday we had little k's swimming lessons.
He is loving this class. He is so cute, always asking to go first when trying new things.

After swimming lessons we met up with family and friends at a pumpkin patch!
This place was beautiful and so scenic!

The kids had soo much fun!
Playing on the hills, going in the boo barn and riding a pony!!

After a fun day out we ended the evening at a yummy restaurant.
We are so proud of our kids. They love socializing and being out together with family and friends. They were having their own little conversation and asking each other what they will order. They had a blast!

The family fun continued on Sunday. We had my grandmothers 85th birthday party! We love super Nonna soo much!

The food was soo good at this restaurant! My grandparents were so happy to have everyone together celebrating.

We got my grandma a Kate spade purse!

Then came Monday! We were up early and everyone helped in the kitchen!

 Our new family tradition!

I'm so proud of my turkey haha! It was my first time, and it came out delicious! I made rice, sweet potatoes, stuffing, mashed potatoes, beans, corn cranberry sauce, gravy soo good! And Apple pie for dessert!

We said our prayer before our lunch and we all said out loud what we were thankful for. Little k said he was thankful for his cousins, his family and friends, his toys, iPad, and water. Haha. We helped him extend his thanks to many other things and also praying for those in need.

We are so thankful and blessed to have amazing friends and family. We had a great weekend full of love. Making great memories and new traditions.

Happy Thanksgiving, from our family to yours.

Thanksgiving long weekend!!

What a fun weekend! This time last year we moved out of our old house to stay at my moms place while our new house was being built! Fall in the city was so great last year.

This fall has been beautiful so far! Many sunny colorful days! The house is always smelling like apple cinnamon goodness!

This weekend we went to make our own wine! Well not like making our own wine in our garage or anything. We have neighbors that are great at doing that, but we are doing it with a company that will do all the dirty work for us! Ha!

We are making our own Pinot Noir.
Saturday we went to drop the yeast in our bucket of wine.
The whole process will take 4 weeks.
Once done we will go back and bottle and label our own wine!

That evening we ordered a lobster dinner from our favorite seafood restaurant! They delivered which was great! And they were fast too!
Lobster Bisque and garlic bread!
We had a 2lbs and 2.5lbs lobsters! Seriously sooo good!!!
Perfect for a Saturday night in!

Sunday we had Thanksgiving lunch with the family.

Baby M's first thanksgiving!
He was the cutest Turkey hsha

Cousin Love! These kids are so much fun!

It's not only Thanksgiving weekend. It's also blue jays weekend! Baseball!!

Our team won 2 games this weekend! Yay!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Sunday night we had some family over at my moms for a walking dead party. Ha! We had the lights off and watched in the dark with pizza and beer. Everyone had a great time! Do you watch walking dead?

Thanksgiving weekend

So much to be thankful for this thanksgiving. Our thanksgiving weekend was surrounded by family. A perfect way to show how thankful we are for everyone in our lives.

We started the weekend at the fall fair.

The kids had a blast playing with the animals and going on the rides!

On Sunday on the way to my grandparents house for thanksgiving we got a call saying my grandmother fell and went to the hospital ;( she lost her balance and fell and hit her head on the stairs. She needed 4 stitches. So my mom, aunt and grandma spent the whole day at the hospital.
We still had lunch with our family and waited for news on my grandma.  We are soo happy she was ok!

Yesterday we had the second turkey day of the weekend. The inlaws had a delicious lunch.
Yum!

Happy Thanksgiving!!! I'm stuffed!

Thanksgiving weekend stuffings!

Stuffings as in stuffing our faces with delicious food all weekend!

Saturday we went to the fall fair. It was pretty cold and windy so we did not stay long. We had bought about 11 tickets for the rides they had at the fair... funny that we didn't really think about which rides little Kristian could go on... which was just 1 haha! So as some kids walked passed me I gave them our tickets, they were soo happy :) We walked around and had corn on the cob and bought apple pie too. Once we got home we were soo tired! So we decided to order take-out at our favorite Italian restaurant and have a mini pre Thanksgiving dinner with our little family.

Mini Horse, had a heart shape on his bum lol so cute

Calamari, Pizza and Pasta! A feast!

Sunday was Thankgiving lunch at my granparents house. Always so much fun with my family. Laughing, telling stories. Watching the kids play. It was soo nice. It was my grandmothers birthday last week, so we had a cake for her too!

Then Monday was Thanksgiving lunch at my inlaws. Delicious Turkey lunch! We were sooo stuffed!

Kristian was soo good the whole weekend. One thing this boy loves,  is to EAT! he loved all the new foods he ate this weekend. Especially the Turkey. He is having leftovers for lunch today and he keeps asking for more!
The weekend was busy and Kristian's naps were all over which made his bedtime all over too. Today we should be back on track!... I hope!

We had a lot of fun this weekend, but like always it went by way too fast!!! Kristian's First Birthday is getting closer!!!

Hope you all had a great weekend too!
